CANCELLATION POLICY :-

1) 10% deduction if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to

Arrival Date.

2) 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to Arrival

Date.

3) No refund if cancelled before 7 days prior to Arrival.

4) We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in writing and need to be informed at least 10 days prior to the tour date. INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including Non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation Charges from the Client.

 All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

The Company possesses full right to Change the Package Costing due to Increment in Tariff & Taxes of Hotels, transportation or any other services.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All the sightseeing and packages depend on the subject of weather conditions.

We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument & subject to weather conditions during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather or Breakdown & are not liable for any refund for it.

For early check in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel. · Check in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 12PM to 11PMand the number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the difference.

Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

We are not responsible for any changes in plan or loss of property or life due to conditions unforeseen like Flood, Earthquake, Political, social Disturbance, etc)

Transportation is not on disposal basis, it is strictly as per the Programe, any extra running will be charged extra.

Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Miss-happening.

Package The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.

If Global Asia Holidays has to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings for group tours, you will receive a full refund

All disputes will be settled in kullu jurisdiction.
